I was completely satisfied with the service. Sal the funeral director went above and beyond. I can’t thank him enough for making this time of sorrow go smoothly for me and my family
My brother and I truly felt completely cared for during our entire experience. I do want to reference one very memorable moment; When I picked up my mother’s ashes they were beyond accommodating and told me to come back whenever to have them stored in the container of my choosing. When I came back to do just that, the two women who took care of me went above and beyond. Listening to stories of my Mom and sharing some stories they have of their loved ones as well. It was not only spectacular service but a bit of a grief concealing which was just what I needed in that moment. The team at Joesph G. Duffy are such a fabulous and special group of people. Joseph Duffy’s made us feel at ease and guided us to sensible decisions. This was my second time using them and I would definitely highly recommend them. All arrangements, viewing, church and cemetery were as we requested. They made sure we were informed and comfortable at all times.
