With in minutes of the first class of Yoga For Strong Bones, Jennifer showed me how to sit comfortably crosslegged with multiple props. I told her that I felt my investment was worth it with just that. She made me more aware of holding tension and releasing tension and breathing more effectively. She led us through 12 poses that are alleged, according to the NY Times, to prevent and even reverse osteoporosis. Jennifer brings her own special sauce by reading from a book of Rupi Kaur poems and creating a peaceful space that is calming to the nervous system.I am so appreciative for this amazing group of women that I share this experience with each week!

I just finished my third five-session series of "Yoga for Strong Bones" classes with Jennifer Brilliant. These classes are amazing! I come out feeling strong and so energetic I go home and get a million things done afterwards. I know a lot of people who love yoga, but I had never tried it. My doctor recommended yoga for osteoporosis, and I learned that Jennifer had this class. She is knowledgeable, gives individual pointers and has yoga aides that help the class master the poses. I highly recommend it!
