Do not come here. My initial visit at this place was marred by disappointment and frustration. Despite requesting a regular gel manicure priced at $30, I was surprised to find an extra $5 added to my bill without any explanation, supposedly for a 'dry fast' service. Also the technician proceeded to file my nails excessively thin and aggressively, weakening them significantly. Shortly after leaving, one of my nails chipped badly, a direct result of the rough treatment they received and I had to cut it. I've done my nails there a bunch of times and its always an experience. I decided to give them a last chance and I got my nails done once again. I got the UV nails with tips and they turned out amazing, however after 2 days one of them fell out entirely. I went back and I got it replaced. A week later they just started falling out and breaking, damaging my nails. It's been weeks and my nails still haven't recovered from the damage from the nails falling out. I paid 87 dollars for the UV and a special nail polish. Needless to say I won't be going back and those were the worst spent 87 dollars of my entire life.

Management is senseless and rude. I have been coming here for years and yet still they are rude and are not customer service oriented. However, the ladies that work here are nice and do a fine job on simple requests. I don't not recommend getting anything complicated here - keep to the basic manicure and pedicure. I brought my own polish that dries faster with the UV light. Instead of simply turning the light on for me, they insisted on charging me the same price as a gel manicure... using my own polish, which is applied the same way as any regular polish as it's not gel. The ladies have turned the light on for me before but this time management was involved and insisted on charging more for doing absolutely no extra work.
