Avoid this place at all cost. I have filed at this place my 2018 taxes and every time I need to speak with the CPA, secretary takes a message and you never hear from them. Impossible to reach the accountant you are dealing with. Julie Vaiman mispelled my son's name and I have contacted that office many times and never heard back from them. In addition I did my parents taxes here and my mother's last name was mispelled as well. Julie Vaiman is an exceptional accountant. I come here to prepare my taxes every year. She is smart and knowledgable on all current tax issues. She was able to explain what my potential tax liability or refund would be in different situations. I don't ever feel rushed when I come in to have my taxes done every year. She takes the time to sit down with me, go over my paperwork, and she returns my tax return and documents in a neatly presented binder. Ms. Julie Vaiman and staff are the best! They are number 1 through and through. And very thorough! I will run out of words trying to describe them. So I will just sum it up they are SUPER! I am extremely happy that I retained them to take care of my situation and I got positive results! Because of this organization I am finally joined by my entire family. What more could I ask for?
