Have been coming here for glasses for the whole family for years: iLook has exceptional service with knowledgeable staff. They can also order glasses/sunglasses for me that they don't carry in the store & have me tryout before deciding to buy.

They broke my frame and said it wasn’t their fault, they were lying in my face, I literally saw that they guy broke it trying to pop the lense back in, why did they take it out anyways, I never said I need the frames to be adjusted! The guy didn’t even apologize for braking my frame, it costs $300 something!!!!Edit: they replaced the broken frame.

Located in a crowded area, but nice and friendly staff plus a clean store with great service and ample selection. They helped me connect with another doctor nearby on a day convenient for me that they didn't have a doctor in. That was one of the most thorough exams I've ever received, and iLook took care of everything else.
