The knowledgeable staff are happy to help customers find the perfect pair, and they can even order special frames for those that aren't in-store. Although there was a brief issue with a broken frame, the issue was resolved promptly. The store is located in a busy area, but the friendly and clean environment make it a pleasant experience.
