I have told this company numerous times that I am not interested in their services, yet they keep calling and texting me multiple times a day. STOP HARRASSING ME!! I'll be contacting the BBB to file a complaint.

Thomas Kent and ICG are a group of unscrupulous, disorganized and unprofessional clowns. Lacking any integrity, they will waste your time and string you along before ghosting you. Then after you finally manage to track them down, just to find out that you've been denied, they will continue to call/harass you with sales calls! If you want someone to play with you, your emotions, and waste your time-then you came to the right place! However if you value your time and you value integrity, do not trust ICG with your business. You have been warned.

Overall good service, my 2nd time doing business with them. I have been able to grow my business that is relatively new and no banks would touch me these guys considering the risks have a fair rate. If you are a new business give these guys a shot, the rates are reasonable and can allow you to grow. My only issue is some hidden fees I had to discuss with them, but they at the end were able to settle with me on them.

Overall process is about 5 days and if you need someone to help ya ask for Ben.
