Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation has been providing outstanding service to my God-Mother, Ms. Rose Nelms. Ms. Nelms appears to be progressing in terms of her cognitive skills and level of personal independence. This is much appreciated by myself and her family members.
My husband was recently a patient at the facility . Excellent health care . From the moment you enter the facility , you are greeted warmly. His room was always clean. The staff was very friendly and paid attention to all details . One draw back , he did not like the food . This is a typical complaint from any one who is used to highly seasoned food .
Physical therapy was really good here. My service kept on stop in start again. Some off people were very nice. They didn't treated everyone well. If you have family in here you have to go see them more. They some worker talk bad to you. Do want to change your diaper. I was in diaper for over 3 hours with bm in , I but in a complaint nothing happened. You miss appointment due to lack of staff, taken care of your transport to your doctor office. It was a very long stay. I was there for almost 5 months. Be careful if you received social security they will take your money. I called 911 twice while was in there. The Cna that worked there for a long time was really nice, when I got to know them. The social worker was really good! My insurance was one thing, but they didn't want take my insurance so they changed it with out my permission. This place all about the money. They are nice nursing and some of them don't even care. When asked them, they don't come.
