The cashier was so rude when I asked for something like a price for a dye box. I came to this store a couple of times and I noticed how staff don’t really friendly or well communicate with a deaf person or any different personality. It is really sad since I lived in Brighton Beach my whole life and it is sad to see how those people treat disabled people. Never go back there ever again. ??‍♀️

The worst experience!!! Unprofessional waxing!! Chemical burn on my skin(feels and looks like they cut of the top layer of my skin with a blade, I have no idea what type of wax they are using. I wouldn't wish on any one to have a same experience as me , very painful, would not recommend this salon. I am doing waxing for over 16 years, people be careful!!!

I go here strictly for lip liners and lip sticks they have such a great selection with NYX which are my favorite! And inexpensive. Everything is organized and neatly put. Girls at the front are always helpful and give free samples of products !
