I made a wrong decision to come to this place today, which affected my mood throughout the day. The staff here are extremely lacking in professionalism and quality. The lady who was washing her hair was looking away and talking loudly to her colleagues. She massaged my shoulders with one hand and it felt as if she was being itchy. She kept looking at her phone. If she didn’t want this service, I wouldn’t ask for it. Give me a good haircut and I'll be satisfied. However, the barber was equally irresponsible. While cutting my hair, his eyes drifted to the TV. I went to this salon today because the one I usually go to was super packed, and there were barely any people in this one. Anyways, the wash was great. The lady was very attentive, and she even gave a shoulder massage. The problem was with the barber. I showed him a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, which was fairly simply. He started out fine at first, but I noticed that he was rushing towards the end to attend to the next customer. While I understand the need to have fast service, he messed up my hairline while he was rushing. I asked him to slow down and try to fix it, but he practically ignored me. I won't be coming here again as there are many more salons in 8 ave that offer better service at the same price.
