The deep Wave hair is good doesn't shed and the straight hair I liked it but it shedded minimal. The last wig I bought was big it was like it was worn before they sold it you can tell whoever wore it had a super big head! Where are all the small caps? Stop putting your big apple head in wigs for purchase!

I'm surprised that there aren't too many good reviews. I have purchased from Glitzzy several times. Never in Brooklyn however, usually in the Bronx, online or on instagram. The hair quality is great. I have bundle over two years and wigs as well.

The place is well kept and inviting, the display of different types of hair is eye-catching, customer service is lacking, the woman who took our hair order was less than helpful, and she gave the impression that she was bored. This was my first time buying hair and customer service could have been better. UPDATE: 7/6/219 After showing Sheena the hairstyle I wanted to buy hair for I went to my hairdresser only for her to tell me "you have the wrong hair" I had to return to Glitzzy Hair to get the correct hair, I now have a store credit of $18.51 which I will never use! If Glitzzy Hair is going to sell hair at that price and not give refunds they need to have customer service representatives that are knowledgeable and helpful because I can get the same help if I purchased from Amazon but unlike Glitzzy Hair, Amazon will give a full refund if I make a mistake and get the incorrect hair.
