A Geek Squad tech - Guiseppi - I've been fortunate to have him work extensively on/with two home theatre systems in my house. He's helped put together, explain various functions - sound fields...how to manually program unique to each speaker, volume. Giuseppi has his own very subtle means of finding a familiar movie scene which really demonstrated how terrific this system sounded and felt. After he left...trouble with my cable box had me calling Giuseppi several times and him trouble shooting things over the phone, getting things running regardless and convincing me to get a new box which I did. Yo, I love tech when it works, but my frustration level rides to enormous heights when unable to manage it successfully. I am writing in high praise for the kind patient staff of this organization who helped do a simple task. They were able to fix my cracked screen for my Samsung fold 2.I had to wait awhile cause it took several hours. I was just happy they could fix it and it only cost me 100. Being that I had Insurance through Best Buy otherwise it would have been a cost of 500..
