“I'm not sure why the reviews are bad, I have used this place twice for 2 different apartments. Owner went above and beyond to source a 2 inch hexagon tile I wanted that no one else seemed to have (including Nemo Tile). Price was about the same as Nemo, HD and Lowes, and I liked being able to see the glass mosaics in person for a shower niche I wanted to create. Would definitely go here again, great service.“

“Such a professional team. I had them come out to soundproof the doors in my condo unit and wow has it made such a difference. Previously I could hear my neighbor cough if they were near their door. Ned and his team took care of sealing the doors and added automatic gaskets that seal the base of the doors when closed. So thankful for these guys. “I only shopped for flooring here but didn't go through with placing an order, so I can only comment on my experience in stores and nothing else. I really wish I remembered the name of the worker who helped me but he was a tall, dark, 40ish year old man if that narrows it down. He was so knowledgeable about the different types of wood flooring and was so eager to help. He probably spent about an hour with us. I really wanted to place an order because of him but the smart thing for me to do was to keep shopping around before going all in. I was able to find even lighter wood flooring at the shop next door, so I ended up going with them instead.“
