I love F45! I have taken multiple classes here and the coaches are so motivating and helpful when correcting everyone’s form. I love how every class is different and how accomplished I feel afterwards!

The F45 workout class I attended was an absolute blast! The instructors were top-notch, keeping the energy high and the mood light throughout the session. I loved how the workout seamlessly blended challenging exercises with upbeat music, creating a truly invigorating atmosphere. Choices are amazing and so supportive, the studio is always really clean. Clientele is also so nice, everyone is supportive of one another. All body types and ages welcome. It genuinely makes my day better coming here - can’t recommend it enough!!
