This is my third year doing business with Exceptional and I must say I am a very happy and satisfied client. They handle my business tax very well, the staff is so friendly and Rafael does a great job, always takes time to answer all my questions and he swiflty responds to emails and calls. I would higly reccomond for business and personal tax needs.

I am one of their regular customers. They have been filing my taxes for more than 5 years now. I have personal and corporate tax forms to file, so this office helps me a lot. The office staff is very nice. For any reason if I cannot answer their call, they leave a voicemail and send an email. I never had to try to get a hold of them. I refer almost all of my friends who are looking for professional tax specialists. I had to switch maybe 3-4 tax specialists until I was referred to this office. I felt like other tax specialists were just filing my taxes before just to get over with. They never asked questions about what is coming into my account and what is going out of it and for what purpose. Since this office is added to my QuickBooks, they analyze the account activity. I have used TurboTax and H&R Block in the past, years later I realize that I never knew all tax benefits that I was eligible for. I never got any tax returns. Uncle Sam would never give me. You can use self-service platforms only if you know exactly what you are doing. My situation is not that simple, I have multiple 1099 like forms, W2, tax forms from trading platforms like Webull and TD AmeriTrade from stock trading, so I need a professional eye to go through them. They service individual and corporate clients, so I believe no client is too small or too big for them. Give it a try!

Rafael was very transparent and informative about filing for me this year. He assisted me in the preparation of my documents and provided me with additional information that I was unaware of. His demeanor is calm and collective which I appreciate. I personally have massive anxiety when filing taxes. Rafael was able to work as an excellent accountant and helped cool my nerve.
