Adrianna was great, quick and easy. She made me feel calm and relaxed. I was a bit worried because it’s been awhile since I got a wax, which is my fault lol but yes great experience and I’ll def be making sure I come every 4 or 5 weeks lol 🙏
Adriana was amazing she made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and she was fast. If you ever go to the one on McGuinness Boulevard, she’s your girl to go to. Front desk staff was also great❤️❤️
First time getting a wax treatment EVER so I was quite nervous to begin with. Somehow when I made the reservation online, I booked at a different (nearby) location in error!
Thankfully Briana at the front desk was able to discover my error quickly and find a way to accommodate me even though this location was closing a half an hour later! Very professional and I was surprised as I was expecting to be told to reschedule. Great service already before the wax even started!
