My hair was cut beautifully and good to know I dont need to color my hair. However, my review is 4 stars because I did not want my hair to be cut in such short layers or cut off this much length. I told the stylist I want to keep my hair long. I also did not need the styling done when I tried to refuse it, I was told he wanted to see how his job is and for me to see. I assumed that this was not an extra charge so I said okay, then I see the bill for double than for what I expected when I asked on the phone. Silly me for not asking that this was an extra service. So happy I found Escada Salon and I truly lucked out with Kenny. He works with my features and makes me feel young and pretty (I don't consider myself to be either so he is a keeper.) Love the way he cuts my short hair in layers and it's easy to maintain. His coloring and highlights have brought me rave reviews. He makes me feel valued as a customer and I would highly recommend the salon and my hairstylist, Kenny.
