I have been going here since they opened. I've never had a bad experience with my nails (hands or feet). One time, I was burned during a face waxing, and my mother was burned the same day. The employee who did our waxing was distraught when she found out. The original manager was not the nicest. Her son is now managing and he along with the staff are very nice. They always try to fit people in, even if they are booked, as they know the neighborhood, and how people are busy and don't want to do their nails until the last minute. I was a walking this past week, and they stayed past closing to make sure the customers were finished and happy.

This business is very sneaky, they don’t give you the exact cost of your service upfront. You just find out on your own when you check your bank account and it makes sense why they don’t give you your receipt at the end. They just make you sign and that’s it. I think it’s appropriate and common sense to give customers their receipt unless they specifically say they don’t want it.

I don’t mind paying the few extra dollars more than the 85 dollar service that i wanted but please be exact and clear with your clients.

Live in the neighborhood but usually go to Cortelyou to get manicures but wanted to check this spot out to have a closer option. The space is clean and cute and I like the more modern decor that is more contemporary then the other nail spas in the area. I made an appointment earlier in the day for a wax and a manicure. When I walked in and I was greeted nicely and someone was available right away to begin my services. The woman who did my wax was very friendly and skillful and I got a very good manicure. Will definitely make this spot my go-to in the neighborhood.
