I went there the first time good experience second time I stated I don’t want pointy nails she made them almost like stiletto filled them down to nothing I hate when they cut the tips sides with nail clippers and make them pointy every time a nail technician do this method I’m never satisfied with the shape bc they make them too pointy and skinny.
The blue nails are the shape I asked for.

They forced me to tip them $10 despite a bad job at nails. I went there with a friend and I initially made the payment saying I will tip you later. The workers started to talk amongst themselves and I can sense their attitude changed. I told her please be careful with my nails, as I can't afford to have bad nails done because I have a baby at home. She put the pen in front of me twice saying please add tip to the credit card payment. I told her my friend and I will tip them at the end. She did a horrible job at my nails. Both me and my friend generously thought of tipping them $15. She again brought the pen in front of me and threatened me - tip to be $10!! She kept saying $5, $7 - not good tip. I felt I am being threatened and changed the tip to be $10. I feel tip should be based on the kind of work the salon does not because I am felt guilty or obligated or FORCED BY THE WORKERS. Please be careful while choosing this Salon, they suck at services and are biased based on color and tip amount.

I came here for the first time and it was empty, which was already a bad sign. They rushed even though there was no customers waiting, and they cut my fingers & toes multiple times.
