Very unprofessional. Overworked, under educated on how to draw blood. Poked multiple times without concern for my comfort levels. I was terrified of needles before, this experience just reinforced it.

Unfortunately, everything has gone down hill since Care Cube has taken over...Dr. Lotus Ahmed is AMAZING. The best doctor I’ve ever had.But I will have to find a new provider now that Care Cube has taken over because it is near impossible to get in touch with the actual doctor’s office and all of the representatives are rude and uninformed.The original location on Ocean Pkwy has sadly closed and I only found out when I called to reschedule an appointment a few days prior to the originally scheduled appointment. No one contacted me to let me know they’d be changing offices and they were extremely nonchalant about it when I called.I love Dr. Lotus and used to travel...read full review

I have been a patient of Dr. Lotus Ahmed for more than 3 years and could not be happier. She is the most compassionate and attentive doctor I have ever had, and she is proactive, patient, and thorough. I feel listened to each and every visit -- NEVER feel rushed -- and find that she always asks ME key questions that help her understand my overall health. It is clear that in addition to her sharp conventional medical expertise, she is also able to meet me at a holistic level, treating me as a whole person, and addressing lifestyle and nutritional components as well. I actually look forward to my appointments (true story) because I know whatever concern brought me in will be addressed either on the spot or through a plan of action, and so my stress and anxiety dissipates. The office is clean and inviting, the reception staff as well as nursing assistants are all pleasant, welcoming, efficient and competent..... I feel SO lucky to have found her and this GEM of an office, and live in constant fear that my health insurance might, at some future date, be no longer accepted. Unlikely, though, as she seems to accept most. TIP: for ease of appointments, USE zodoc; seamless! G
