Great easy prompt service to make a consultation/testing appointment and the whole process with Rashid. He took the time to break everything down for me. All the steps needed to take care of the issues I was dealing with and even how to deal with my co-op board to make sure they took care of the problem on their end.Haven't gotten to the remediation part yet. Hopefully soon. ??

Rashid was very thorough in inspecting all the areas for mold in my apartment (including inside the radiators and AC unit which I was unaware of as a potential hazard.) He explained the whole process to me step by step-he was very comprehensive yet quick and efficient. Very reassuring and pleasant experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for inspection and abatement solutions !
