I fear I might butcher the spelling of her name, so sorry! Eliana was wonderful. She helped me Thursday night. I came in completely clueless as to what to get for a gift and she walked me through all the options, price points and suggested some amazing products. I’m feeling really excited to give the gift now and I also have my go-to person for help shopping in store the next time. Please correct me on the spelling of her name tho and please tell her she’s wonderful at her job!
I was there on Cyber Monday just before closing and was served by one nice lady. She helped me get the products I wanted. Recommend other great products that I ended up buying and loved them. They had great selection of products as well but what this opinion is really about is the outstanding service I recived from their employee. She had dark curly short hair. She really wanted to help me get the item I wanted to purchase even though it was still deep in the order packages. She opened them all as she saw she has it in this delivery which most people wouldn’t do. I had 10/10 experience with her
Stumbled upon Credo today with my mom when we shopping around Williamsburg. I had never been into the shop before but recognized so many of the clean brands I love, all in one place. My mom and I were for looking for some skincare and makeup we were helped by Alicia and Devon. Both of them took the time to show us and explain multiple products. They were both friendly and extremely helpful. We ended up leaving with a bag full of new products that we are excited to try.
