If I could give 0 stars I would complete scam. Stay away, cancel my account with them because they did not help my credit after 3 months. Then charged my card months later. I request a refund soon as I saw the charge and they told me no. I spoke to several different people and got several different stories about them seeing the call months ago. They also won’t provide me any billing statements from the charges they took.
This didn't turn out the way I expected it to. I hired this company a year ago to work on improving my credit score by removing the collections and charge offs on it. They promised to have them removed but months passed and nothing happened, I paid whatever I was instructed to but it was all a waste when I realized nothing was ever going to change. I was going to buy a new house so i needed a very good credit for that. This made me quit all involvement with CreditPRO and sign up with creditmasonrepairs . com, I was referred by a friend who had just resolved his bankruptcy issue with them. They did all I needed in less than five months which was very impressive. My transunion score is currently above 800 with no negative item . Thanks to creditmasonrepairs.
I started working with Eli, may 2020. He seemed so helpful and knowledgeable when I first started working with him. 10 months later, all that was removed was 1 inquiry. I called every month to check on the status of my account, Eli assured me he was working hard on my account. Eli had given me a contract in the beginning that stated, if after 6 months there was no improvement in my credit, I would be able to get my money back. I reached out and told him that I had been patient and wanted my money back. He said he would look into my account and get back to me. For a week after our last conversation I have called, and emailed trying to get a hold of him about my account and refund. I have heard nothing, I even was willing to compromise and said I would accept half of my money back. I have still heard nothing, I have reported this business to the federal trade commission. And I am working with an agency to retrieve my money back. I am so disappointed, I did really like Eli, it's unfortunate things went so sour. Stand clear and put your money towards a secure credit card or paying down some credit cards, don't waste your money here
