I agree with the other reviews- this business has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My refrigerator went out twice within a 30 day time span. The first time they were contacted, they said they needed a replacement part which took over a week to get. My refrigerator went out for a 2nd time, 30 days later. They came to fix it, and once again left immediately because they needed a part. I requested a new refrigerator and the main customer service man gave me a hard time and said I would only get a refrigerator if the service man could not repair it. I have never dealt with a company more unprofessional, inept, and ignorant in my life. Terrible communication. I have spoken to 3 different people and all 3 were rude, especially Kevin.
The 1st service call the technician looked at the freezer(the lower part of the refrigerator wasn't cooling) and said the unit needed a sensor. Okay, great. He stated he would need to order, but had know idea when he would receive it. This was on a Friday. Monday, I get a call from telling me he's outside. No one called and made arrangements with me. I happen to be home. In the middle of my work day I had to stop and remove all the food from my freezer. 10 minutes later he says everything...read full review

We purchased a refurbished refrigerator, which was not a good idea. The first refrigerator came with roaches in the motor and was constantly leaking. They did replace it. Second refrigerator was in better condition, but was leaking as well. Save your money and buy a brand new fridge.
