Firstly the eye exam was very good but getting new glasses is difficult and it takes a long time. They told me that my insurance wouldn't cover the frames I selected because the new lenses would be thicker than normal and so I'd have to pay an extra charge. I told them I don't want to pay out of pocket because they take my insurance. So then they said ok the glasses will be ready in a week or two and it's been almost a month and they're giving me the run around maybe another 2 weeks "we're still waiting for the lenses to be sent to us!" What liars these guys. Don't go to this store. Avoid this location.
My eye was bothering me with what I thought was dry eye for most of the year. I had a walk in medical exam here and the doctor was very attentive and let me know that it was actually a recurrent corneal abrasion. She immediately helped me get relief and walked me through all the steps to help it heal thoroughly. I really appreciate it!
Went without appointment on what looked like a busy day, got in fast. Thanks to doctor Kapoyan for help, will certainly be back for a recheck!Do not work on Sunday tho, despite what info on google says.
