Has anyone waited 30 minutes or more for Work/school note? 😃 Ridiculous. Terrible experience at the front desk. I’m not talking about the nurse and the doctor, they did a good job. But front desk???? I had a high temperature and they told me to wait for the note. I had to ask 2 times what was going on about the paper- again, i had to just wait. I work as a dental assistant and know how it works. You JUST have to print out the paper and thats it… I dont wanna give 1 star because of other staff but if it was only reception, I definitely would.
Attention Parents:
Long sign in process via QR code. Very clean urgent care but if you kept your child home a day before coming here City MD will not provide you with an excuse note for both days. It's apparently company policy to only provide you with an excuse letter of the day you came in going forward. Hope this helps.
I can confirm there was an hour wait. However, all of the medical staff were polite and professional. The front desk staff provided inconsistent service. The women at the front desk were courteous and professional. The only heavy set guy was very rude. They ran a few tests to determine which kind of illness. The same tests and experience you expect from medical staff at other locations. I would recommend. Perhaps we should all learn patience and give these professionals grace.
