Trust, honesty and standing by your repairs makes a good company. After being upsold for the second time and questioning said repairs, I was left out in the "cold". Since then, we had several rainstorms, the problem was still there, and I incurred more damage. I was given another quote for an additional $13,000. Had I not had any knowledge of what he was saying, I would have had his company do the repairs. I fired Captain Builders and had the repairs done by another crew for $2,500. They are involved in a litigation case. They cut into a neighbor's property when working. The supervisor onsite was told about it and ignored the information. They wont response to calls or just hang up on you, Beware !! Including photos and videos as proof.

I recommend to use their business they have done couple projects for me thanks to John hands down he has planned out my projects also made my home backyard full of walkway stones with fire pit and front of my home a new 2 family home brick front absolutely in love with my house. It's very hard to find a good private contractor and they are my contractor will be using them over,
