Over the years quality has gone down. The work is sloppy. I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt 3 times now and with every time I get more disappointed. Instead of caring for people who return, they cut corners. My nails today looked liked my children did them. Judge pictures for yourself! Yes, I asked for gold chrome, but she tried convincing me it looked like the picture I gave her! Shame!!

Don't spend money here. Bad quality gel manicure and overpriced pedicures. I got my nails done with a friend this weekend and they rushed my gel manicure and it came out looking very spotty. The gel had gaps and has already started to peel along the edges of cuticle. Again don't spend money here.

I was a walk in looking for a manicure, I said it was my first time there, I heard someone say oh God, listen I'm new to the neighborhood looking for a new spot, guess what I won't be coming back! The technician barely even acknowledged me, didn't say anything to me except for cut short and quick dry, she didn't even do a good pedicure, basically cut my nails and painted them!, when someone tells you it's their first time there, don't you want to make a good impression?? I wasn't even offered extra services like would you like a spa or anything! Done
