Mike and Oxley at Brooklyn Window & Door are the BEST! Not only are they knowledgeable about windows and doors, but they also helped me find the RIGHT windows for my house. I never write reviews but wanted to give credit to Mike and Oxley.

Our contractor works with Brooklyn Window and Door. We found their prices competitive with the large internet companies but their customer service was outstanding. We worked with Robert who went through the different details, color and stain selections, etc. It helped to have his advice as we went through many possible choices to find a simple and modern look for our Brooklyn rowhouse.

Decent prices and service at the store. However, when I had a problem with a new Anderson door (10 year warranty) I was told I had to call Anderson, then Anderson will only send you the part. You have to fix the problem yourself!!I feel that withholding that information was totally unethical. I would have never purchased a door and multiple windows from them if I am responsible for fixing anything that goes wrong with the purchased products. And by saying "it's warranted for 10 years " is deceiving.
