The reviews I’m reading surprises me. I’ve been coming to this office since this year… my mom has been going there forever and never had any bad experiences. The front desk staff is very nice and efficient. I love the doctors and dentist! They gave me my referrals and scheduled my follow up appointments. I’m very happy with the level of service here and appointments are quick. Also I get plenty of reminders.

I went there, at first I thought they was a good place until my second visit I not only did I get an infection in my mouth by I caught Covid as well go to show they don't clean their equipment. Never returning to that dentist again.

In short, Dr. Wagman saved my life. She and all the other nurses took me seriously and showed me kindness that I have not experienced in a doctor’s office in a long time. The nurses and staff are truly some of the kindest folks around. I’ve been going here for almost a year now and I’ve never had any issues with my appointment times, or anything else that is listed down below by the others. I’m not invalidating anyone else’s experience, I’m just here to say that if it wasn’t for Brooklyn Medical Plaza, i don’t know where I’d be right now. Thank you for your amazing staff!❤️
