If I had a million dollars, I'd give it all to Justine and Doug, the dynamic duo. We've used Brooklyn Paws for 2 years and I would use them forever if I could but I'm sadly leaving the neighborhood. Justine makes scheduling SO easy and works around the insane schedules of working dog parents with such care and understanding. She's saved me in a pinch multiple times and always makes me feel like my dog will be taken care of. Now for Doug....don't get me started. We LOVE this man beyond measure. My 100lb dog jumps (all 4 feet off the floor) every time he comes through the door. He is the animal's whisper as all dogs cling to him instantly. He handles a pack of 5-6 dogs...read full review

If you live in Brooklyn Heights or DUMBO, you have to use Brooklyn Paws. They're the best. Let me explain why so this review can actually be helpful if you're in the market for a dog walker. For context, we used Brooklyn Paws for ~ 1 year. Justine has set up a process that makes it really easy to create recurring walks, modify when needed, and also see when walks happen/end. We get regular pictures of our dog after the walks and a description of what happened. Doug, our walker, is one of the best. Our dog sometimes gets jumpy around big dogs -- but never with Doug. Brooklyn Paws is THE BEST!! Leslie has been walking my dog Ziggy for 2+ years now, and I always know he is in the safest hands--no small feat for this super attached and slightly anxious dog mama! Not only is Leslie delightful and very flexible with time, but she also takes incredible photos! Justine, Brooklyn Paw's owner, is also wonderful and has given me tons of great dog-mom advice, including excellent referrals to other dog services in the area. She is super on top of scheduling, as well. Beyond grateful for Justine and Leslie!! I MOST HIGHLY recommend!!
