I have been a client of Brooklyn Herborium's since 2012, back before they opened either of their locations and Emma was still seeing clients out of her home. The quality of both the products and the services and appointments are superb. My skin improved drastically when I began using their skincare line and seeing their estheticians, and it has only continued to flourish over the last twelve years. I've seen not only Emma but a number of her team; without fail, every single one is knowledgeable, professional, and tremendously good at their job. I will not use any other products. I love everything about Brooklyn Herborium. I had a fantastic facial at the Columbia Waterfront location 2 years ago, and had another amazing facial with Sam in Windsor Terrace the other week. Sam did a great job with cleaning my face and applying soothing skincare regimens. I felt like I was really able to relax for the full time and was glowing when I came out! I’d highly recommend a facial with Sam.I also love how Brooklyn Herborium makes all their products in-house. I’ve been buying my skincare products from them ever since my first facial 2 years ago!

I've been going to Brooklyn Herborium since 2015. I can only manage to get there every other year for some reason, even though they make scheduling pretty easy. I've been to both the Red Hook location and Windsor Terrace. I've been to other places like Red Door, Pratima, and D'Mai and much prefer Brooklyn Herborium. The staff and facialists are welcoming and friendly at both locations. They make all their own masks, oils, sprays, etc. from natural ingredients; all of which they use in the facials.
