My dad recommended this studio to me after he started attending regularly and experiencing great results. I started my workouts at Bodytec EMS Fitness Studio in August 2018. That was a time when I decided to lose some extra weight (about 25 lb) with a keto diet. I guess we all already know that the diet alone never works as good as diet plus physical exercises. The problem was that I didn’t have time for the regular gym regimen. That’s why one 20-minutes of the electrified sweat session only once per week sounded more than appealing. No, it wasn’t the love at first sight! It took me several workouts to adapt to pretty weird sensations of muscles tingling while doing resistance training in the tight EMS suite. However, once I learned how to control the process, everything became beautiful and even enjoyable. You basically need to contract the body before the arrival of the electrical signal, breathe in before, and breathe out right after… Well, to make a long story short, I’m delighted with the results. As little as one month of regular weekly exercises, I could see strengthening and toning of my body, as well as skin tightening (those who lost a lot of weight know that loose skin is not a joke).
