Biomonde came to take care of a mouse problem. They came promptly and were very efficient. They made a follow up visit as part of their service. They also have a guarantee should there be a need for further visits.

We are extremely happy with the services of Biomonde. We were able to have an appointment fairly quickly, and they were flexible.They were on time, efficient and very respectful.They came to clean our sofas and apply an anti-stains, it made a big difference.I also really appreciate how they communicate, follow-up and send the invoice,This is a great service provider and we highly recommend them.

While they did a good job cleaning my carpets, they did damage to my velvet couch. I told them about the issues. They claimed they were due to the couch not being fully rinsed, so they returned to rinse the couch again. It helped a little, but there are still issues that weren't there before they cleaned it.
