Very thorough investigation, solid report, plenty to take to my landlord to get him to remove the mold. Also very responsive to questions over email, communicated directly with the owner.
I have worked with Big Apple twice now. The first time I experienced a minor flood in the home from my flat roof, I didn't see the damage right away. By the time I saw the actual impact on my ceiling and wall paint, and then my wallpaper, the cost of repair had grown quite expensive. I worked with Big Apple to identify and remove mold, then had to hire a contractor to repair the work. I think Big Apple offers remodeling services, but I wanted to work with my renovation team.
