HI.This is the best home care agency in NY . Alex help me to enroll my dad step by step also pay me $19. If i have any issues the always try to solve asap. i always get money on time. i highly recommend to everyone. Also susan and andrea are best.
I was waiting for new job from different Home care Agency's for long time ago . But ,in July I called Best professional Home Care for hiring . Thanks God I got 35 hours per week . I m so happy . Thanks Susan and Alex .I just want to inform you guys ,this agency is clean and they are so polite and nice with everybody .
I highly recommend Best Professional Home Care agency to your loved ones. Very patient, caring, polite, professional and multidisciplinary stuff members including supervisor, coordinators, Aids and visiting nurses. My father receives service from this agency almost 2 years now I have never heard any complaints from him. My 2 neighbors are employed as HHA in this agency. They say pay and benefits are great. Aids are very punctual and task oriented. Agency members were always ready to assist with any inquiries 24/7.
