I have been a patient/client for a little more than a year now. And I am so very satisfied with the service. The ladies that you meet when you first walk in are the best! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I'm a contact lens wearer, but recently, I purchased some regular glasses. Nyda was patient and helpful with me deciding on a new pair. She took her time and guided me through the process. And for this I am truly grateful. Neyda is very well versed in the optical field. She presents herself professionally and her courtesy is contagious. Wonderful dealing with this thoughtful and caring woman. I recommend her because she treats customers like family.

Loved the customer service! Meyda was such a wonderful help! She assisted me by speaking with my insurance company while helping five other patients and she did it gracefully and BY HERSELF... The wait to be seen is very short. Office is very clean.
