I gave it time. I gave it several years. What started out great has devolved into a really poor experience. They messed up my payroll really severely and then refused to fix it. They blamed some company they were working with internally. To resolve this, I would talk with Eco-Tax, who would promise to call me back in a few days... literally months of silence. At tax time, they were like... you didn't fix the mistakes we made??? So I had another CPA finally redo this year and the last two years. It was enlightening for me. It was the first time in a long time I felt like I had an advisor rather than a data entry clerk. Get a real CPA... worth it.
