I went because i saw an ad in community news that they're the only store open. I needed my youngest sons first haircut on Rosh Chodesh. He refused to do it saying there wasn't enough time, even though we got there at 3:15 and he continued seeing clients after me. He just didn't want to do it. I begged just the hair in his eyes nothing else. He said no time he'd only do my older son. 8 people in there with no masks. Nothing is cleaned between cuts. Horrible haircut for the older son. Id been waiting months to just get the hair out my sons eyes and would have paid anything. No idea why he'd refuse. When we left it was 4:00 and only one guy left waiting. Hours are until 8pm. He told someone else on the phone to come at 5. I hate to leave a bad review on a struggling Jewish business but clearly they don't care here. Not about haircuts, people, cleanliness or covid.

Very arrogant and zero customer service. Incompetent and does not care what tge customer wants. Took my 5 year old and he chopped off all his hair with a machine at top notch speed and wen i said wait stop for 5 minutes he didnt even acknowledge thdt i was there snd kept chopping and ignoring me. DO NOT BRING A KID TO HIM !!!!

Very good, old school barbershop with middle Eastern twist (Israel). Very fast and efficient. Men and kids only. I'm his customer for more than 10 years and have 0 complaints. Highly recommended.
