I had a wonderful experience in this office and i'm grateful my procedures were done here. It's a breath of fresh air. The nurses/techs and anesthesiologist were so sweet. Waiting time was normal! Quality of care was outstanding. Thank you to all the staff and Dr Shapsis.
This Doctor is a Good Listener.He explained to me something New that I never heard before compared from my old doctor.I been wondering what was wrong with me for the longest and Dr. Shapsis hit it right on the Spot.His staff was nice too.
I was referred to Dr. Shapsis clinic for a Fibroscan. The entire process from scheduling an appointment, registration and getting the scan was a breeze. I interacted with the front desk staff and nurse practitioners and they were all friendly and professional.
