Really uncomfortable experience. I didn't feel there was enough privacy. The masseuses were talking very loudly during the massage. My masseuse was sighing the whole time too... after she massaged one side of my back and shoulder, she barely massaged the other side, completely leaving out my other shoulder before moving to my legs. I had to ask her to massage my other shoulder. She decided to massage my head and was scratching really hard that at the end, a lot of my hair came out!! The massage definitely was not 60mins (which is what I asked and paid for) but I just wanted to get out of there. My masseuse also asked for a $10 tip when I gave her $5.... read full review
