It was the ragamuffin festival. I called them to make a 5:15 appointment and they followed up with me when I didn't show up. Did a regular mani and pedi. No complaints. Guy upfront always friendly

A friend told me about this nail salon. I liked how her nails was done so I wanted to check it out. I went this afternoon...there was barely any customers in there at the time. I told them what I wanted then proceeded to get my nails done. My main issue was the nail tech didn't listen to me. We went back and forth on a few things. Because of that I didn't tip her. I won't go back there again.

I found them thorough and inviting. Standard manicures and spa pedicures are done well, always feel luxurious, and are easy to book for a personal treat or with friends. Unlike many other salons, the manicurists never offered judgment on the state of my nails and were incredibly professional (I mean, the fact that I can't do my own nails is why I pay them, right?) while executing minor miracles. They did not ask me for a tip, did not try to upsell me, and were flexible and gracious when I upsold myself on further services. I just feel very comfortable here due to their high service standards. The manager is present daily in person and greets customers cheerfully. Staff doesn't seem unhappy or overwhelmed. Appointments and walk-ins are easy to get. There is a chair set up for manual massages.
