Sylvia is a truly compassionate human being and guided us all the way. She is definitely in the right business. Charlene and Miriam were extreme helpful as well. The service for my brother was respectful and the funeral parlor was updated and comfortable for the mourners. They also have a large selection of caskets to fit anyone's budget.
Sylvia is a gem (an uncut diamond?) Ordered an outside casket (against her strong advise). The casket arrived late, NOT the one ordered and with a gaudy headliner). I was DISTRAUGHT.Sylvia rescued me. Picked a new casket, which turned out better than the FIRST. My husband looked very peaceful. From a disaster to an amazing celebration of life.This is not the time for drama. Torregrossa has competitive prices, large chapel and great service. Highest RecommendationKathie Rones MD
