They wanted me to pay THEM $350 to put together a service proposal. I've never seen a company charge a prospective customer to write up a contract. Guess they don't want new business! (And we were their customer at our old house!)
Very unprofessional. DON'T USE THEM. Owner personally insulted me. Wanted to charge thousands of dollars to just look at the problem without any guarantee that they could fix it.
