An amazing company. They sprayed in my apartment and the technician was so sweet and helpful, we also had a massive roach problem on the tree in front of our apartment and they on their own accord came and sprayed. Life savers truly.
Everything about this service is great. Responsive with my 200 questions. Roaches are gone. Pleasure to work with. Glad I finally reached out for help instead of trying to treat bug problem w all store bought. This allows me to sleep in peace. Def recommend.
I have been using Afederal for over ten years. We had a choppy start but over the years. They have proven to reliable, kind, understanding, patient and easy to work with. I am give a time window and I with NYC traffic they can run a little towards the end of the time window sometimes. Other times they are prompted and very friendly.
