I traveled all the way from Long Island to get my hair done. I must say everyone in there braids fast! For the first time I didn't spend the whole day at the salon so that made me happy and the results was amazing ! I know my hair will last long. Only thing is that it's pricey. I'll probably be back again Thanks guys !
Since moving to Brooklyn about two years ago, it was important for me to find an African hair braiding shop that actually braids natural hair well. Since moving here, I have been to about 4 different braiding shops and they all have been horrible experiences from braiding way too tight, leaving my natural hair sticking out of the braids or not listening to my styling request on length and size. I was very grateful to find Cisse Hair Braiding which was walking distance from my apartment. As soon as I walked in, it was very busy and everybody being styled looked beautiful! I've been going here for years. Even after I left Brooklyn, when back in Brooklyn, I always make it a mission to get my hair braided. My favorite stylist is a deaf sister. Unfortunately, I misplace her name, which isn't OK. However, she's probably the best hair braider in the world! Her precision, pace and posture is always worth noting!
