Luis, Liz & Danny couldn’t have gone Above & Beyond more than they have for me. Everything started with my sharing of pictures of suspected bed bug bites, which they promptly responded to. Within hours they sent Danny to perform a physical inspection of my apartment and, at my request, had a 3rd party dog sniffing company come to perform a deeper inspection by end of day.

I highly recommend this company! I worked with Luis to set up my initial inspection and treatment and received an immediate response, even though it was a holiday. The tech that came over for inspection and later treatment, Danny, was very informative and patient and answered all of our questions, and calmed our fears while being very direct and honest about the situation. Luckily our issue was not too severe but everyone we worked with took the matter very seriously and gave us several options to consider for treatment. After treatment we were given a generous warranty agreement that (thankfully!) we have not had to use so far as we have not seen any signs of infestation... read full review

If I could give Above & Beyond Bed Bug Removal a 6-star review, I would. I can't recommend Luis and his team highly enough! The company name truly reflects the exceptional service they provide. From the moment I contacted them, their friendliness and professionalism stood out. The team arrived on time and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, which put me at ease right away. Above & Beyond used an effective new technology that allowed me to return to the property in just four hours, letting me keep all my furniture and belongings.
