As a reviewer ahead of me shared - the 5 star reviews are all fake.80 Meserole markets itself as a secure luxury building. Since moving here in June 2020, I personally have had 6 packages stolen from the building - in turn, management has responded by noting they are not responsible. Many other tenants are experiencing this issue and as a result, management has added a $20 charge to review any security footage instead of finding a long-term solution to the problem. On 11/24, the issue escalated to a thief breaking into the secure package room vs. stealing from the lobby - management has done nothing.Additionally, the "luxury" services you pay for - gym/media center - are...read full review

80 Meserole markets itself as a secure luxury building. Since moving here in June 2020, I personally have had 6 packages stolen from the building - in turn, management has responded but noting they are not responsible. On 11/24, the issue escalated to a thief breaking into the secure package room vs. stealing from the lobby - management has done nothing. Additionally, the "luxury" services you pay for - gym/media center - are closed. The roof is a disaster, as the wooden walls have caved in and no one has fixed them. The carpets are all stained with a mystery substance, and I intimately know my neighbor's lives as the walls are so thin. Save yourself the money, headache, and stress - don't live here.

Not sure where all of these good reviews came from. Very likely fake.Been living here for a few years now. Management does not put in the money to maintain the building and it shows. The stairwells are extremely beat up and could use a coat of paint, the tile in the basement is chipped, and the wood trim on the entrances to the elevator are coming off. This building sells itself as "luxury" but instead comes across as a cheap motel. Also, I've seen that they're posting on rental sites that there are a gym and a lounge in the building. Sure, there are, but you can't use them because management has not put in the effort to put in the fixes to actually open these up.
