Knowledgeable, friendly & helpful - especially if you know nothing about door or locks.They made my old locks work like brand new. I have to get new doors now because my locks are so nice.

Fantastic! I drove all the way from 44th street to 9th because he is very honest and reliable, and saved the day. His solution saved us $600, by switching cylinders, and made 70 keys for us, and he was the only smith to suggest it. He knew the exact problem we had, I called several times with question, and his level of integrity and expertise is what makes doing business feel great. A+

Made the mistake of going to a kiosk first to get copies of my keys. They technically worked, but just barely. Came here a few days later and got perfectly working keys for a third of the cost and he had them ready in seconds
