Called up Mike to get an estimate. He answered right away and was able to get here when I needed him to. I called a bunch of places to get estimates for having the septic tank and overflow tank pumped. His prices were very fair, and actually beat the other companies I called. But that's not he primary reason I chose him; I wanted a small company with a good reputation. Mike is a one-man show, so you get an owner-operated business, which has many advantages as compared to the larger companies. Mike showed up on time, was easy-going, and did the job thoroughly; he even cleaned up the lawn neatly afterwards (where he did his digging). The cost actually came out less... read full review
I have used other companies in the past and had seen the lack of service in this trade I must say after having my cesspool and septic box pumped out I was beyond satisfied the owner spent about an hour really making sure my system was cleaned out and had no problem with me checking on his work... would highly recommend this companh
